You can use every puzzle tool and complete spelling practice without an account. This page explains what is kept on your device, what is synced after sign-in, and how to delete it.

Optional Google account sync
People age 13 or older can continue with Google and choose whether to merge practice history, keep the account copy, or keep this device only. Google access is limited to basic profile, email, and a stable account identifier.
Analytics
SBee Tools uses Google Analytics 4 and Plausible to measure visits and understand which pages and tools are useful. Analytics must not include puzzle letters, entered words, custom lists, contact-report text, email addresses, or other free-form input.
Children under 13
Accounts are for people age 13 or older. Children under 13 should use guest practice and should not enter personal information.
Contact reports
Issue reports are delivered to support for review. Do not include names, school information, or other personal details.
Cloud data and providers
Cloudflare Workers and D1 store only the sessions, word results, Review events, named private lists, consent record, and sync metadata you choose to sync. Google provides authentication; SBee Tools does not request Drive, Calendar, or Contacts.
Your controls
You can export guest or account history as JSON, clear browser data, sign out, or permanently delete the account and cloud data. Browser data is a separate deletion choice.
Retention
Account data is kept until you delete the account or the service ends. A successful account deletion immediately removes the account link, sessions, synced practice data, private lists, and sync records.
